1. Returnable Situations
We accept return applications in the following situations:

The received product does not match the order (such as the wrong model or quantity)

The product is seriously damaged during transportation

You can submit a return application within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please understand that it will not be accepted after this period.

3. Return Conditions
The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with accessories. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and determine whether it meets the return conditions.

5. Shipping instructions

If the return is due to quality problems or wrong goods, the return shipping fee will be borne by us

For returns not caused by quality problems (such as personal reasons), the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer

The initial shipping fee will not be refunded (if any)

6. Refund method and time
After the return is confirmed and accepted, we will refund the original payment method within 5 working days. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment platform.
